Leads regional execution of wealth management growth strategies and business initiatives. Supports investment growth plans, advisor performance, onboarding, training, staffing, and recruitment tracking. Coordinates scorecards, business reviews, employee engagement, regional events, and communications across Wealth Management and One Chase partners. Builds action plans, promotes best practices, and serves as proxy for the Regional Director of Wealth when needed. The role requires strong collaboration, communication, follow-through, wealth or investment product knowledge, and travel up to 50%.
