Provides onsite IT infrastructure and workplace technology support across manufacturing facilities. Monitors network and physical systems, troubleshoots infrastructure incidents, performs protocol analysis, deploys hardware and software, maintains asset documentation, supports backup and disaster recovery, coordinates vendors and technical teams, co-leads IT projects, and helps automate infrastructure management.
