Own end-to-end renewals and expansion for complex enterprise SaaS accounts. Lead contract, pricing, and term negotiations with executives and procurement teams; develop data-driven retention strategies; maintain accurate forecasts and deal records in Salesforce and Clari; identify expansion opportunities with Sales and Channel teams; build executive relationships; mentor renewal managers; and improve renewal playbooks and workflows.
