Manage 30+ enterprise SaaS accounts across implementation, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Lead stakeholder meetings and executive QBRs, maintain customer health data in Salesforce and Planhat, own GRR and NRR outcomes, mitigate risks, and identify upsell opportunities.
