Evaluates environmental underwriting risks, recommends coverage decisions, manages broker and agent relationships, and supports portfolio growth. The role develops underwriting expertise, maintains data quality, contributes to marketing and process improvement initiatives, analyzes portfolio performance, and supports new hires. Success requires business acumen, sales orientation, analytical judgment, and strong communication skills, along with relevant underwriting experience and pursuit of insurance designations.
