Lead analytics for Wise’s Americas Compliance Analytics team, partnering with Compliance across North and Latin America on regulatory reporting, risk monitoring, testing, and automation. Manage and develop 3–4 analysts while remaining hands-on with analytics work. Own stakeholder engagement, reporting pipelines, KPI tracking, data-driven compliance insights, tooling initiatives, data governance, documentation, and strategic prioritization.
