Associate Claims Adjuster, Workers Compensation

Investigates workers compensation claims, gathers information, evaluates liability, compensability, coverage, and losses, establishes action plans, estimates loss costs, negotiates settlements, and manages claim files within authority and regulatory limits. The role includes customer and policyholder service, claims disposition, exposure mitigation, and comprehensive training with mentoring. It is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance twice monthly and one week of training travel to Plano, Texas.
