Lead customers in architecting, governing, and optimizing scalable ServiceNow platforms across multiple modules. Develop transformation roadmaps, integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications, reduce technical debt, enforce architecture and coding standards, and evaluate AI, agentic automation, and LLM capabilities. Partner with executives, architects, developers, and external partners; present strategy and design decisions; contribute reusable technical assets; and mentor professionals. The role supports global commercial customers and requires travel up to 50%.
