Leads MassMutual’s enterprise organizational design and strategic workforce planning capability. Advises senior leaders on operating models, workforce strategy, structure, roles, capabilities, capacity, and organizational effectiveness. Builds governance, frameworks, metrics, and decision-support practices while leading two experts. Partners with HR, Finance, Strategy, Talent, Analytics, and business leaders to translate strategy and data into workforce recommendations, talent actions, and change enablement plans.
