Provides advocacy, coordination, and consultation for associates with work-related injuries and complex workers’ compensation, ADA, FMLA, and disability cases. Manages return-to-work referrals, transitional duty placements, compliance issues, escalations, benefit disputes, vendor performance, and state agency inquiries. Partners with HR, store leadership, medical case managers, and Sedgwick to resolve barriers, reduce delays, monitor compliance, and improve return-to-work programs.
