Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, governance, and delivery of an internal merchant reporting product. Lead certified reporting assets, semantic layers, self-service analytics, dashboards, metrics, and conversational AI capabilities. Use advanced SQL, Python, Tableau, and cloud data platforms to validate data, guide priorities, and measure outcomes. Partner with business, engineering, data, design, and AI/ML teams while managing privacy, controls, entitlements, telemetry, executive communications, and legacy platform decommissioning.
