Change Management Consultant

Leads small to medium change management initiatives focused on the people side of organizational, process, technology, and cultural change. Develops and executes communication, training, sponsorship, adoption, and resistance-management plans. Partners with leaders, stakeholders, sponsors, and project teams to assess impacts, identify risks, align change strategies, and achieve business outcomes. Coaches stakeholders, tracks adoption and performance measures, escalates gaps, and promotes enterprise change management methodologies.
