Supervise the PSA Vault authentication team across two shifts, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Coach and develop authenticators, certify new hires, conduct audits and training, monitor performance and staffing needs, and ensure teams have appropriate tools and resources. Serve as the liaison to Brand Protection leadership, escalate operational risks, maintain documentation, and support investigations and customer case resolution.
