Leads commercial auto risk control for complex, high-premium accounts. Conducts risk surveys, partners with underwriting and claims, coaches consultants and clients, develops training curriculum, evaluates service quality, analyzes risk and industry data, applies AI insights, and delivers driver coaching and fleet management resources.
