Directs the enterprise Identity and Access Management program, including strategy, governance, access certification, RBAC, PAM, authentication, lifecycle management, compliance, incident resolution, vendor management, budgeting, and modernization. Leads IAM teams, develops roadmaps, oversees hybrid and cloud identity services, establishes security policies, tracks operational performance, and communicates risks and investment priorities to executives and governance committees.
