Leads complex, cross-functional enterprise initiatives from scoping through post-implementation review. Manages objectives, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting while aligning work with portfolio priorities and strategic goals. Serves as the primary liaison among sponsors, functional leads, portfolio and program managers, and executives. Facilitates collaboration, resolves conflicts, mentors team members, and ensures governance and delivery standards are met.
