Leads outbound strategy and go-to-market execution for ServiceNow Process Intelligence, including Process Mining and Task Mining. Develops positioning, enablement content, sales tools, pricing guidance, and customer value propositions; supports executive briefings, strategic deals, launches, webinars, and campaigns. Tracks adoption metrics to identify expansion opportunities and pipeline growth while communicating field feedback and competitive intelligence to Product Management. Partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and partners to drive product adoption and ACV growth.
