Validates, audits, and analyzes accounting and operational transactions for lease administration and financial reporting across more than 500 real estate locations. Manages billing inquiries, invoices, landlord CAM and tax reconciliations, percentage rent payments, escrow updates, and M&A pro rata calculations. Maintains detailed records, resolves real estate billing issues, supports financial systems, and communicates with landlords, legal teams, and internal business partners.
