Validates, audits, and analyzes accounting and operational transactions for lease administration across more than 500 real estate locations. Oversees landlord billing, invoices, CAM and tax reconciliations, percentage rent payments, escrow updates, financial reporting, and billing inquiries. The role researches discrepancies, maintains detailed records, supports M&A pro rata calculations, and communicates with landlords, legal, leasing, asset management, and brand teams.
