Validates, analyzes, and audits accounting and operational transactions for lease administration and financial reporting across more than 500 real estate locations. Oversees billing inquiries, invoices, CAM and tax reconciliations, percentage rent payments, escrow updates, landlord communications, compliance documentation, and pro rata calculations.
