Oversee assigned service delivery partners, monitoring performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, customer outcomes, and commercial commitments. Lead escalations, corrective actions, onboarding and transition milestones, capacity planning, governance cadences, reporting, and continuous improvement. Coordinate with customer success, sales, finance, commercial management, and partnership teams to resolve risks, improve partner performance, and implement regional governance frameworks.
