Leads FP&A systems strategy and digital transformation across a complex technology organization. Oversees consolidation of Workday Adaptive Planning and IBM Planning Analytics, directs system migration and vendor implementation, manages two technical team members, automates reporting and financial workflows, improves close and forecasting cycles, and establishes governance, access controls, data standards, and training. Partners with decentralized FP&A teams to develop tailored financial models and generate insights supporting corporate strategy, capital allocation, and ROI optimization.
