The Reporting Analyst delivers accurate, actionable reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include fulfilling ad hoc requests, managing reporting queues and SLAs, validating and reconciling data, documenting report logic and data dictionaries, identifying automation opportunities, and protecting PHI and PII. The role uses SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation while maintaining reusable report templates and collaborating with data, visualization, product, operations, compliance, and account management teams.
