Leads the Planning and Control function for a business unit, managing operations execution, capacity, responsiveness, customer satisfaction, inventory, period costs, and performance indicators. Develops operational capabilities, processes, and infrastructure; drives continuous improvement and decision-making; leads NPI, SPI, business planning, and product transition processes; and partners with business and product leadership to meet changing business demands.
