Performs high-fidelity structural, thermal, and dynamic analyses for solid rocket motor components. Develops and validates FEA models using ANSYS, Abaqus, or NASTRAN; correlates models with test data; supports design, manufacturing, qualification, failure investigations, and production. Provides recommendations on geometry, materials, and thermal protection systems, assesses nonconforming hardware, develops engineering processes, and mentors analysis engineers.
