Leads strategy, roadmap, delivery, and ongoing enhancement of tokenized securities and digital asset products. Defines platform requirements across issuance, trading, settlement, custody, and lifecycle events; partners with Technology on DLT capabilities, smart contracts, APIs, and integrations. Coordinates with Trading, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Control teams to ensure regulatory compliance and effective governance. Evaluates vendors, identifies future tokenization opportunities, and advises senior leadership on digital asset market structure and industry trends.
