Leads complex MGA insurance technology consulting engagements from discovery through implementation and optimization. Advises customers on underwriting, policy administration, distribution, delegated authority, and operational workflows. Supports pre-sales discovery, solution scoping, estimates, SOWs, workshops, and executive presentations. Mentors consultants, improves delivery methodologies, manages escalations, conducts user acceptance testing, and drives post-implementation adoption. Requires deep P&C insurance and MGA expertise, enterprise software implementation experience, and knowledge of integrations, APIs, data migration, and Agile delivery.
