Lead full life‑cycle federal contract management for DoD and Intelligence Community programs. Advise on proposals, negotiations, compliance (FAR/DFARS, ITAR/EAR), maintain contract records, negotiate NDAs/teaming agreements, drive contract strategy, process improvements, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with Program Management, Finance, Engineering, and senior leadership to support business growth and mission outcomes.
