Provide day-to-day IT support for staff in a hybrid environment: monitor and resolve tickets, maintain systems and virtualization, support Office 365, Active Directory, AWS, Okta, VOIP, MDM/RMM and endpoint security, assist onboarding/offboarding, track assets, publish internal documentation, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high customer satisfaction.
