Lead strategy and roadmap for an enterprise multi-tenant rewards platform. Write detailed PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cloud-native microservices and APIs. Partner with engineering, architecture, UX, legal, privacy, science, and operations to deliver multi-year platform initiatives, prioritize backlogs, run Agile/Scrum ceremonies, evaluate AI/ML and emerging tech, and measure product metrics and adoption.
