Lead and coordinate the People & Talent workstream for a multi-year Network Transformation program. Manage planning, governance, stakeholder alignment, milestones, risks, executive reporting, readiness, and cross-workstream dependencies to move HR initiatives from design into pilots, activation, and scale.
