Own the hardware humanoid platform roadmap and deployed fleet as a product. Translate field data and customer feedback into requirements, prioritize trade-offs between performance, reliability, cost, and serviceability, manage change/upgrades, drive cost-downs, evaluate new technologies, and coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and program management to maximize platform value and adoption.
