Own and deliver business review presentations and data-driven reporting for ACH Premier Clients. Advise clients on ACH compliance, diagnose payment issues, design contingency and cut-off processes, and drive product enhancements. Perform portfolio and root-cause analysis to recommend cross-sell and operational improvements. Collaborate with product, operations, compliance, and technology teams, monitor industry/regulatory trends, and maintain documentation to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.
