Provide expert financial, budgeting, and cost analysis support for MILCON and ICG initiatives. Develop and validate cost estimates, support PPB&E and POM package development, prepare congressional justification materials, forecast funding requirements, validate costs, and collaborate with program managers to ensure budget alignment and compliance with Department of War and Marine Corps financial policies.
