Provide independent oversight of firmwide capital risk: monitor and analyze regulatory capital metrics, assess capital management activities, evaluate impacts of regulatory or market changes, prepare board-level analyses, lead reviews of capital-related transactions, and partner with capital management, businesses and controllers to escalate breaches and improve processes, including automation and AI-enabled analytics.
