Own the full customer lifecycle for enterprise accounts: discovery, co-design and live demos, commercial sizing and close, early implementation handoff, and expansion/renewal planning. Drive outbound motions with BDRs, navigate procurement/legal/security reviews, and ensure credits sold translate to adoption and consumption. Partner with Outcomes Architects for onboarding and long-term expansion.
