Analyze business requirements and design/implement Industry 4.0 and ERP/CMS solutions. Develop integrations, reports, dashboards, EDI mappings, and label-printing processes. Validate shop-floor data, support SCADA/PLCs/IoT connectivity, maintain documentation, enforce change control and cybersecurity compliance, and provide first-level ERP/EDI support while driving continuous improvement and KPI development.
