Join the real estate private credit evergreen fund accounting team to maintain shadow books, reconcile with third‑party administrators, calculate NAV and fees, prepare SEC filings (10‑Q/10‑K), support audits, monitor regulatory compliance, and deliver monthly/quarterly and board reporting. Liaise with custodians, transfer agents and internal teams, analyze complex accounting matters, lead process improvements, and support ad hoc investor and management requests.
