Provide advanced administrative, technical, scheduling, and visualization support for MILCON and ICG initiatives. Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), perform critical path and risk analysis, conduct schedule integration and dependency mapping, and produce executive-level visuals, dashboards, and technical documentation using MS Project/Primavera and Power BI. Support program management tasks, MILCON documentation (DD Form 1391), version control, and ensure deliverable quality and compliance with government standards.
