Lead development of a unified payments platform covering pay-ins, payouts, merchant acquiring, settlement, routing, and reconciliation. Produce PRDs, user stories, API specifications, process maps, and transaction journeys. Partner with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and data teams to deliver scalable payment orchestration, manage backlog and releases, support UAT and operationalization, and integrate AI-driven product enhancements.
