Serve as a strategic HR business partner to district/site leaders: drive people strategies, workforce planning, talent development, engagement, performance management, change management, and staffing. Provide coaching and HR consultation, use analytics to identify talent risks, support hiring and site openings/closings, and partner with HR Centers of Expertise to implement programs that align with business objectives and improve organizational performance.
