Analysis: Analysis of new business opportunities, including market and properties analysis, producing comprehensive reports to enable decision making. Assisting the Head of RE&H Iberia or the RE&H Director structuring a transaction. Preparation of the different documents required for decision making from the early stage of the potential transaction to credit applications for credit risk decision. Modeling for transactions and other business needs; running scenarios on the models and producing outputs including: Deal cash-flow modelling: Creation of cash-flow transaction models based on standard template models, and Performing sensitivity and scenario analysis Commercial negotiations /role: Preparation of term sheets and negotiation with the client Review of due-diligences and valuation reports, and Review of facility agreements. Work closely with underwriters to prepare credit memos for team and credit committee review.
