During the 3 years apprenticeship, you will be in charge of various activites : General Sales Support - Prepare marketing materials, presentations, proposals, meeting packs, and RFPs - Support client meetings, conferences, roadshows, and external events - Organise and distribute sales materials such as factsheets, portfolios, commentaries, and regulatory reporting - Monitor sales flows, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities - Provide regular sales analysis and reporting at client, channel, and country level - Support the preparation and coordination of internal sales activities and procedural controls - Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, RFP, Product , Finance, Strategy - Maintain accurate client information and update CRM systems such as Salesforce - Support due diligence requests, reporting processes, and internal documentation Client Relationship Activities - Act as the first point of contact for client requests and queries - Ensure timely and accurate responses to clients and prospects - Support senior colleagues in managing day-to-day client interactions - Follow up with clients and prospects to gather feedback and ensure high client satisfaction - Organise and coordinate periodic client review meetings - Maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, fund managers, and other stakeholders - Provide clients with basic fund, market, and operational information, escalating more complex queries when necessary - Attend meetings, conference calls, and external events when required
