Role Overview As an IT warehouse Engineer at Toters, you will support the company’s technology needs by maintaining hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You will collaborate with other IT team members to support employees, maintain IT infrastructure, and contribute to system reliability, security, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to employees (hardware, software, network, and account access issues). Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and company applications. Manage IT inventory including laptops, accessories, and software licenses. Maintain and troubleshoot office network connectivity. Support configuration and setup of devices and systems for new hires. Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues in collaboration with the IT team. Ensure system security by following company IT and cybersecurity policies. Document IT procedures and maintain troubleshooting knowledge base. Support IT projects and office infrastructure upgrades when required. Key Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support or IT infrastructure role. Experience working in fast-paced environments or warehouse settings is a plus. Technical Skills Strong experience installing and configuring printers (including QR/label printers). Hands-on experience with MikroTik routers : internet setup (Ethernet & WiFi), PPPoE, VLAN (Trunking), NAT, Hotspot, ARP, DHCP (client/server). Ability to design structured network topology and manage network infrastructure. Experience with network hardware installation and configuration : MikroTik routers, switches, cabling, APs (GrandStream & UniFi), and controllers (cloud/hardware). Basic understanding of network security : MikroTik firewalls, restrictions, IP blocking, antivirus, and secure network policies. Experience installing and configuring surveillance systems : NVR/DVR, IP cameras, and switches. General Skills Knowledge of IT fundamentals and cybersecurity basics (Level 1: phishing awareness, password policies, security best practices). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
