Analizar y documentar condiciones de migración, considerando tipologías documentales, expedientes, versiones, retención y ciclo de vida. Generar y mantener inventarios y matrices de información utilizando Excel avanzado, entregando al equipo de FileNet una definición clara y precisa para ejecutar la migración. ¿Qué buscamos? Conocimiento en taxonomías, metadatos, tipologías documentales y expedientes. Conocimiento en versionamiento, retención y ciclo de vida documental. Manejo avanzado de Excel, con capacidad para analizar inventarios masivos y detectar duplicidades, campos incompletos y excepciones.
