No solo monitorearás riesgos: optimizarás procesos, automatizarás la gestión y elevarás nuestros estándares de cumplimiento. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales? Análisis y Datos: Efectuar cruces de datos complejos y análisis operacionales clave. Automatización: Diseñar y automatizar reportes para optimizar la toma de decisiones. Gestión de Riesgos: Mantener actualizadas las matrices de riesgo de toda la organización. Reportabilidad Técnica: Elaborar informes técnicos de control y análisis con alto impacto. Prevención Activa: Gestionar el Sistema de Alertas y el proceso de Operaciones Sospechosas (ROS). ¿Qué buscamos en ti? Conocimientos Normativos: Dominio de la Ley N° 19.913 (Sistema Preventivo LA/FT/FP, Debida Diligencia KYC/KYP y Operaciones Sospechosas) y la Circular N° 62 de la UAF. Excel Avanzado: Manejo sólido de funciones lógicas, tablas dinámicas y Power Query. Gestión de Base de Datos: Dominio de SQL para consultas avanzadas. Before you apply, map the geography. The top five countries by volume are BR, CO, CL, PE, and AR. Check whether the role you want exists in your region or whether you need to look across borders. Some positions may offer remote work; others won't say until you ask.
When you interview, expect questions about your process. Hiring managers for analista roles almost always ask: 'Walk me through how you'd approach a problem you've never seen before.' They want to hear your method, not just your answer. Show them you think systematically, that you ask clarifying questions, and that you break complex work into steps.
