Role Description: Accountable for planning, coordinating and driving delivery to ensure committed outcomes are delivered on time, within scope and with the expected quality and value. Key Accountabilities: •Own end‑to‑end delivery of agreed initiatives, increments or work packages •Plan and coordinate delivery across teams, roles and dependencies •Ensure alignment between business priorities, scope, capacity and delivery plans •Drive execution, follow‑up and removal of impediments and risks •Ensure transparency on progress, risks, dependencies and delivery status •Secure that delivery adheres to agreed ways of working, governance and quality standards •Facilitate collaboration across product, architecture, platform and development teams •Support continuous improvement of delivery performance and predictability •Drive innovation within the MD&A by exploring new technologies, partnership and methodologies related to the scope and responsibility of the department How we work We believe the best ideas happen when we're connected.
