About the role The Caring for Country Facilitator will play an important role in strengthening Traditional Owner partnerships and supporting Caring for Country and natural resource management initiatives across the region. Guided culturally by the Burdekin Dry Tropics Traditional Owner Management Group, the position works with Traditional Owner partners, including Land and Sea Ranger groups, and contributes to the implementation of NQ Dry Tropics' Reconciliation Action Plan.
