KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the bookkeeping function for Body Corporates and Homeowners Associations. Process and pay supplier invoices. Process and reconcile bank statements on Pastel for multiple schemes. Allocate receipts to the correct customer accounts. Process accounting transactions through to Trial Balance. Process financial year-end transactions for individual scheme books on Pastel. Liaise with auditors and respond to audit queries. Process auditor journals on Pastel. Raise and approv…
