You'll bring it all together by working closely with engineers to drive features to completion, building the processes and mechanisms that let the team sustain a fast delivery cadence, and communicating the impact of what we're building to the broader organization. As Ask AWS expands to render across multiple properties, you'll help manage the cross-domain integration, delivery, and rollout that makes that possible. We're seeking someone who influences without authority and navigates complex organizational dynamics. We also support key events and experiences across the organization. The team is composed of front-end engineers, QA engineers, and design technologists, and we work closely with product and design partners in the same organization. We're constantly learning and experimenting with new technologies to bring the latest and greatest to customers. We value speed, autonomy, delivery, and delightful customer experiences.

In your interview, expect this question: 'Tell us about a time you measured the success of a campaign.' Marketing hiring managers ask this because they want proof you think in metrics, not hunches. Come with a real example—conversions, clicks, revenue, engagement rate, cost per acquisition—pick the metric that mattered most. Show you track what you do.
